I am a PhD researcher and lecturer working in tourism Marketing and Revenue Management, I obtained an outstanding PhD in Tourism, international mention (Universidad de Alicante, Universidad de Málaga, Universidad de Sevilla and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos), and I have a Master's degree in tourism management and planning (Balearic island university, Pompeo Fabra Barcelona). I actively participate in international conferences.
I am interested in tourism marketing, especially hotel revenue management and hotel pricing and I believe that technology and big data should improve hotel revenue over traditional approaches. Therefore I use methodologies such as the experimental approach (quasi-experiment) to prove the efficiency of the new technologies applied in hotel revenue management.
