I am a professional enthusiastic about industrial engineering (more specially mechanical and railway engineering), people management, and teacher by vocation, with innovation and in a multinational mindset environment.

I have studied in Spain (ETSII-UPM, PhD Mechanical Engineering), USA - Chicago (pre doctoral student in Illinois Institute of Technology) and Denmark (post doctoral student at Aarhus University). I have also studied in ICAI (Railway Master) and UCM (High Education Master). 

My professional life has focused on both technical and managerial aspects. I am used to working in multidisciplinary teams with shared leadership strategies. I have worked throughout the life of the projects, both as an operator, maintainer, manufacturer, designer or feasibility analysis (with financial and legal aspects). In all my projects I have worked with internal and external clients, generating alliances with them.

Nowadays I am working at Metro de Madrid as senior project manager at continuous improvement process of rolling stock maintenance and at URJC as Associate Professor (FEM, Vibrations and Machine Theory).

I have actively participated in R&D projects both as development engineer and technical coordinator.

I have good interpersonal and communication skills. I possess enthusiasm to take on new responsibilities and projects, specially education and R&D projects.
