Profesora Ayudante Doctor acreditada como Contratada Doctor de la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
Profesora en el Grado en Ciencias de la Actividad Física y del Deporte, y en el Máster de Formación del Profesorado de Educación Secundaria y Bachillerato (especialidad en Educación Física). Es docente de las asignaturas de Didáctica de la Actividad Física y el Deporte, en el grado, y Diseño Curricular, Didácticas y Deportes como Complementos para la Formación Específica, en el máster.
Miembro del Grupo de investigación de alto rendimiento en Ciencias del Deporte de la Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, actualmente centra sus líneas de investigación en la enseñanza de los deportes colectivos en las etapas de formación, en el análisis de la pericia deportiva y procesos perceptivos-decisionales del deporte y en la enseñanza de la Educación Física en contexto educativo.
Entrenadora Nacional de Fútbol y Directora de Metodología en Fútbol. Ha dirigido equipos en la cantera del Atlético de Madrid (sección femenina) y participado en los proyectos deportivos de LaLiga.
